Anka Nowicki, a junior at a major college in Pennsylvania, inherits her family billboard sign business and must run the company over the summer. During this time, she must decide whether to continue running the business and drop out of college, or sell the business and finish her education. Enter Ralph Moretti, a local pizza delivery driver and community college flunk out. Through a series of misadventures and comedy of errors, the two end up together.
