Zeus & the Bannisters have moved into a new house, just in time for Halloween! Everything seems to be going well until they notice strange lights and sounds coming from neighbor Eli's (Lance Henriksen) house. George (Gary Valentine) takes it upon himself to find out what is going on, and enlists the help of an unlikely pair (lead by Dean Cain).
