At Christmastime, up-and-coming journalist Jackie's life is at crossroads until she finds an unexpected opportunity to run a newspaper in small-town Alaska. She decides to try it and relocates to the picture-perfect town. Using a series of Christmas articles, she's able to quickly return the newspaper to profitability and she soon falls in love--with her new home and with the handsome son of the paper's former owner.
