On a trip to Hong Kong; a female Indian nationality, Roshni Chadha is apprehended by the police on the charges of drug smuggling. When question she claims that she was framed by a man named Rahul Malhotra. A subsequent inquiry proves that there was no man with Roshni and thus she is sentenced with death penalty. An admirer of Roshni; Jagan Nath and her advocate dad Prakash comes to her aid and arranges to prove her innocence in a court of law albeit unsuccessful.
